Where can I see the free resources I've downloaded?
Visit your dashboard to see the free and paid resources you've accessed. We've stored everything in a list from last obtained down to first obtained for your convenience.
What is Premium Access?
Premium Access is an all access subscription package from Chalkboard that gives you access to a library of hundreds of print and digital teaching resources for immediate use. Anyone can subscribe to Premium Access by purchasing a subscription with a simple, monthly payment. The subscription includes a set of resource licenses or coupons that you can use to access resources for use throughout the duration of your active subscription.
What if I can’t download a file?
Most of the time, download issues are temporary and related to an unreliable network connection or browser connection issue that interrupts your download. If you see an error message about the network connection, you should refresh your browser and try again in a few minutes. The issue will often resolve itself. If you’re trying to download on a school computer, it’s also worth remembering that some schools restrict downloading. If that's the case, you'll need to download your file at home instead and save it onto a USB drive or email it to yourself.
How do I search for resources?
From the Chalkboard home page, you can use the Search Bar at the top of the page—just type in a keyword and press enter on your keyboard, or click on the Find resources to see all materials published. You can fine search under find resources by clicking on the By Grade, By Subject, By Standard or By Price filters to further narrow your search. After entering your search, you can sort your results by relevance, price, rating, or recency. Or, use the categories to refine your results, then browse. You can select one or more options: • A resource format, such as a PDF file or word file • A single grade or a grade range (or an "other" category, such as adult education,special education or homeschooling) • A broad subject area, such as math, or a narrower one, such as aaddition or fractions • A price range, or all resources that are free or on sale • A resource type, like printables, graphic organizers, thematic unit plans, or mnemonics (and many more!) Once you've found some products you like, click to access the resource. To make sure you do not miss out on great upcoming resources, we will send you a notification to your Email each time we post something new. What if I find a mistake?
We strive to make all resources on Chalkboard as accurate and up-to-date as possible, but sometimes mistakes happen! If you notice an error on any of our content, please contact us with a link (if possible) to the content and a description of the mistake. We'll make sure to get it corrected as quickly as possible. Thank you for your help!
I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account
I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase.
I’m having trouble downloading my files
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact our support team through Chalkboard Messages for further assistance. The type of file you’ll be downloading is shown under the Highlights section of a digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. If you continue to have trouble, contact our support team by messaging via your dashboard
I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item
On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or canceled. While it is shown automatically on all instant digital download items, refunds may be made upon review on a case by case basis. Please contact the Chalkboard support team directly through Chalkboard Messages if you’d like to request a refund for your digital order.
I can’t find my download notification email
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding [email protected] to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.
